great staff but lack of air conditioning

The staff were friendly and attentive, addressing all our requests promptly. Our room was spacious, clean, and provided an excellent view of the lake that the kids loved. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options, making each morning enjoyable.

The absence of air conditioning meant hot days were more challenging despite fans being provided.

Noise levels can be a real downer, especially with families frequenting the place. From door knocks to toilets that don't flush properly, it’s a bit chaotic. Breakfast options felt repetitive after a few days, leading to a skip on the last couple of mornings. Wifi service was frustratingly unreliable, making even simple streaming impossible.

It was just a great match for a quick stopover in San Carlos de Bariloche with excellent value for money. The indoor pool was a nice touch after a long day exploring the area. Be mindful of room selection for the best views.

We enjoyed two nights in a Superior Lake Double Room with stunning lake views. Breakfast included delicious fresh pastries. A special mention to the friendly staff who assisted us during our stay. Make sure to explore the nearby trails for breathtaking scenery!

I truly enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious with a comfy king bed, and I loved starting my mornings with the large buffet that had a great selection. The only thing was that it got a bit noisy later in the evening, but that aside, I’d definitely recommend checking out the spa and the indoor pool for some extra relaxation. 🌟

I had an amazing stay! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the breakfast had such a delicious variety, though I wished for more wholegrain options. The only downside was the unusual wall view from our non-lake-facing room, but it was incredibly quiet for a great night's sleep. I would definitely go back!

The gardens around the hotel were amazing, I mean, like, you just can't help but relax there , and they even had a indoor heated pool that was awesome for unwinding after our day. Staff was on top of their game, very professional, and real friendly , making us feel right at home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, considering what you get, it didn't break the bank.
